Our office is committed to helping you maximize your dental insurance benefits. As a service to our patients, we will check with your dental insurance company to get your coverage detail before your appointment, so please have your dental insurance information ready when you make your appointment. We will also submit a pre-treatment estimate to your provider on your behalf.
Please understand that we file claims as a courtesy to our patients, and we do not have a contract with your insurance company—only you do. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee it due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
For families without dental insurance or those looking for additional flexibility, we offer alternative options to help make care more manageable. Our in-house membership plan is designed to provide predictable, affordable preventive care with exclusive savings on additional treatments, without the limitations of traditional insurance.
We also partner with Cherry to offer flexible financing options. Cherry allows you to split the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments, so you don’t have to pay everything upfront. Membership extends for one year for each individual child from the date of receipt. Membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Patients with traditional dental insurance are not eligible.
